In just a few days we shall be leaving and it is all is starting to seem very real. Camel is going into a local garage to have the extra fuel tank fitted on Tuesday (last minute, or what) and then all we have to do is pack up and go. My son is in the process of moving into our house with his fiancé and baby, so all is mayhem in our house. After the emotional roller coaster of retirement and saying farewell to all our friends it will be a relief to start travelling. I am very excited at the prospect of going to Iceland. I just hope it isn’t whale culling time in the Faroe Islands and that I can work out how to avoid pickled puffin on the menu.
